Foundation Announcement: A Major Milestone Achieved

We're proud to share that The Steve Huff Memorial Foundation has achieved our primary goal for 2026 — regaining full control of all of Steve Huff's intellectual property and fulfilling one of Steve's final wishes to keep his name, intellectual property, and accomplishments under the care of his family and the Foundation that was created to ensure "His Legacy Lives On."

This milestone represents nearly a year of dedicated effort involving certified letters, court filings, legal submissions, and continuous communication with Facebook's Legal and Intellectual Property teams.

Our sincere thanks go out to our legal team for their outstanding work in preparing the documentation and evidence that confirmed the Foundation's rightful ownership of Steve's intellectual property. We also want to thank our supporters and community for standing beside us throughout this process — your encouragement inspired us to see it through.

Now that all of Steve's digital assets, domains, and intellectual property are secured under the control of the Foundation, we begin the important work of cataloging every file, document, and item to ensure it is accurately archived and added to the Foundation's official website. This process will take time, but it is vital to properly preserve and present Steve's legacy in motorsports innovation.

Please note: This experience and the intellectual property fight we endured has made it clear that we must firmly protect Steve's legacy. Any future use of Steve Huff's name, image, logos, or other intellectual property without prior written authorization or a licensing agreement from The Steve Huff Memorial Foundation is strictly prohibited and will be addressed accordingly.

With this major achievement complete, our next goal is to secure a permanent home to preserve and showcase Steve's current technology dragster and memorabilia. This will ensure his pioneering spirit in motorsports and innovation continues to inspire future generations.
